At COPO, we believe in standing behind the quality of our products. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your COPO product, you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that you'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that products with removed labels or stickers cannot be accepted, and we are unable to offer exchanges.
If the product is returned in used condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or alternative compensation based on the condition of the item.

Limited lifetime warranty
We take pride in the quality and design of our products and back each of them with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If you experience issues with the material or workmanship of your COPO product, we will gladly replace the defective parts free of charge, with proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. In some situations, such as when an exact replacement is not possible, we reserve the right to either replace the defective part or the entire product with a comparable in-stock product. COPO™ makes no other warranties, express or implied, concerning the product or the merchantability or fitness thereof for any purpose. The term lifetime refers to the lifetime of the product. This Warranty is void if the product is repaired or modified in any way by someone other than our Company. We reserve the right to request photographic proof of product defect and request that the defective product in question be shipped to us to verify the defect or to aid in quality control efforts. We do not offer monetary reimbursement nor is the Warranty transferable. The total liability for any loss or damage, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the COPO product. In no event shall we be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages of any kind.
Life time exchange program
At COPO, we encourage our customers to use their COPO Cup for as long as possible, reducing waste by avoiding frequent purchases of new, trendy tumblers.
However, if you'd like to update to our latest designs, we offer a lifetime exchange program, allowing you to trade in your old COPO products for new ones at a discounted price, in any color or style. We’ll recycle, repair, and refurbish your old COPO items. In the future, we plan to launch a coffee mug-sharing program, reintroducing these refurbished COPO products back into circulation.
How to Initiate a Return/warranty/exchange
To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@copoproducts.com. Provide your order details and the reason for the return, and our team will provide you with the necessary return shipping information. Once we receive your package, we'll process your refund promptly.
